The firm in question are the outside counsel to multiple leading Investment funds and are adding associates as their clients are gearing up for a flurry of transactions in 2024.
The right candidate will have experience from a Top 50 law firm with experience within M&A transactions above $200m in value and have a solid understanding of all types of M&A transactions.
They are paying top rate and you will be joining a team which is growing in size with great progression structure through Counsel and to Partner.
