Our client is a major international firm, seeking a junior M&A associate for its dynamic team in New York. The salary for this position is between $225K-$260K.
Qualified Candidates
1-2 years of M&A experience within a U.S. law firm.
Experience working with public and/or private companies, with drafting and negotiating experience
Spanish fluency is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; team and business development focused.
