Responsibilities: As part of this role, you will be advising public companies and representing issuers across a diverse spectrum of capital market transactions. This includes but is not limited to initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on equity offerings, Rule 144A and registered investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, convertible debt offerings, PIPEs, and other financing transactions.
