Overview: Our client is seeking an Interim Copyright Infringement Litigator to assist in an active case.
Company: Law firm.
Experience: 5+ years of experience litigating copyright infringement cases in federal court.
Location: Miami, FL.
Responsibilities and Qualifications Include:
Researching and drafting pleadings and motion papers.
Drafting and overseeing discovery.
Attending and taking depositions.
Must have experience litigating in federal court.
Experience in copyright infringement, trademark and copyright licensing and advertising preferred.
JD from an ABA accredited institution and member in good standing of the Florida bar.
