Job Title: Tax, Trust & Estate Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other related documents.
Provide guidance and advice on complex tax matters, including income, gift, and estate taxes.
Conduct research and analysis on various legal issues related to tax, trust, and estate planning.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure that clients receive top-quality legal services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in tax, trust, and estate planning and administration
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
LLM degree in Tax or Estate Planning
Active member in good standing of the New York Bar
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
