A reputable New York firm seems a mid-level associate to join its corporate team to focus on the technology aspects of commercial transactions. This role will allow associates to work with members of the wider corporate team and independently oversee technology and media related workstreams.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years relevant experience with commercial contracts in connection with a range of subject matter, including software, data privacy, and information technology
Strong employment history and top academic credentials
Admitted to practice in the State of New York (or eligible to sit for the New York bar).*

Base compensation is based on experience and year level.
