Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate in JD class years 2019-2021 for its Capital Markets practice in New York. The salary for this position is between $260,000-$365,000 and may vary depending on a range of factors.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings as well as liability management transactions.
Excellent academic credentials.
JD with New York bar admission [or ability to become admitted].
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team focused.
