This firm has several Super Lawyers on the roster and works with Fortune 500 clients. This firm works exclusively in the high-tech market, and this Associate will have significant experience in either the Software or Electrical patent market.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Bar license to practice law in Texas
3+ years of legal experience specializing in Intellectual Property or Patent Litigation is preferred
Competitive Salary in the range of $200K to $450K based on years of relevant experience, along with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
