Description:
Our food manufacturing client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager
Oversee Maintenance Operations for all facilities. This includes the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure efficient operation, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The maintenance manager plays a crucial role in preventing and addressing maintenance issues before they happen. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
Maintain equipment ensuring high-quality and efficient production.
Set up and Schedule Equipment Preventative Maintenance program.
Organize -Implement equipment maintenance.
Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Contact and coordinate with manufacturers for technical service when needed and coordinate technician visits if applicable.
Manage Capital Projects with a minimum of $1,000,000 spend
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and procedures.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
