Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Review construction and utilities plans


• Updating conflict matrix and necessary trackers


• Meets as necessary with project team to understand project priorities and needs.


• Collects, coordinates and analysis shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.


• Attend meetings with the utility owners, client and the construction team. Agenda and minutes preparation


• Maintaining accurate records, trackers.


• Cataloging all outstanding issues to completion


• Cost control management, including managing budgets for projects, handling submission of pay forms and approving.
