Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervision & scheduling of job activities


• Scheduling of multiple shifts during the week and weekends


• Extensive project planning, coordination and scheduling of subcontractors


• Prepare daily worksite reports


• Cost Control


• Resolve union disputes


• Material take-off


• Enforce site safety at all times


• Oversee daily field operations, coordinate purchases

• Ability to give direction to employees in all areas of the project assigned.


• Ability to make high level risk decisions in a timely and professional matter. Dd


• Dmonstrate a complete understanding of the business operation.


• Must have a presence on assigned project site.
