Position: Manufacturing Technician
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, must be open to day or night shifts, 3-4 days per week.
Location: North Phoenix, Arizona



Responsibilities (Monitor, Communicate & Collaborate)

  • Learn the semiconductor manufacturing process and be adaptable with any SOP changes.

  • Internalize and demonstrate the ability to use established procedures, lean manufacturing and SOPs to move product along production process.

  • Ensure automated tools are operating smoothly by monitoring multiple systems in office setting (not on production floor).

  • Conduct inspections and/or assist in troubleshooting during production defects.

  • Assist in data collection and analysis within multiple ERP applications.

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate detailed technical information to managers, technicians and leadership.

  • Diligently participate in 6-9 months of paid training which include:
    • On the Job training

    • SOP learning

    • Job shadowing

    • Video training



Skills & Qualifications
  • MUST have data analysis in past work experience.

  • 2-8 years of experience within a professional office environment

  • Demonstrate the knowledge of process improvement and data analysis.

  • Possess strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook skills

  • Comfortable working in office setting with a compressed 12hr/day work week, that requires you to be available days or nights post training.

  • STEM education background or work experience is highly preferred.

  • Solid math skills with knowledge of basic Excel math formula.

  • Works well in flexible culture and can adapt to changes quickly.

  • Good attention to detail and agility of complex processes.

  • Good memorization of processing codes and data.

  • Strong communication skills and a team player.

  • Can handle stress and have the \"get things done\" mentality.

  • Eligible candidates must have:
    • HS Diploma or GED

    • Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card
