Framer 1 primary function is to manufacture utility pole products to established specification in a productive, efficient and safe manner.
Principal Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate processing of multiple orders simultaneously.
Interpret specifications and framing prints to manufacture poles and round wood products.
Inspect and verify quality and classification of all poles to ANSI, ASTM or Corporate standards.
Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, brand, tag, clean and prepare poles for treatment.
Document and report material processed.
Maintain tools, equipment, supplies and work area.
Assist in inspection of all pole products.
Assist in receipt of materials, tallying, identification, records and information.
Assist in operation of full length and deep incisor as required.
Operate pole tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags as required.
Participate and contribute to company safety program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift & Pay Rate:
Monday-Thursday 2pm-12:30am
Must be available for overtime as needed
$23.65/hr plus $.50/hr shift differential
