Job Title: Production Personnel Scheduling Coordinator (Labor Coordinator)

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Manager

Job Summary: This position will coordinate and administer the production personnel scheduling system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Schedule production employees according to position and skills for all shifts
• Monitor attendance line to verify lines are sufficiently crewed
• Verify attendance worksheets and record accordingly
• Verify and approve production employee's time cards and make adjustments as needed
• Follow AIB's "Good Quality Standards" and "GMPs"
• All other duties and special projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Must be knowledgeable in GMP's and HACCP
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must display great attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule
• Must understand and follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Planning/scheduling experience preferred
