Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We are excited to share that we are under new nurse leadership!

We take pride in working together as a compassionate team in our family orientated environment; and are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Wound Nurse. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing you will work with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wound conditions. RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to

Consult and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity.

• Assist nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.


• Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in S.C.


• Experience as a dedicated Wound Nurse (required)


• Wound care certification for LPN's


• Experience in LTC facility (required)


• Current CPR certification
