FSCD QA Lead - SAP FSRI at Kforce Inc in New York, New York

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a FSCD QA Lead - SAP FSRI. This role can be hybrid 3 days a week onsite from: Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Florham Park, NJ; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data


• Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment


• Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes


• Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure


• Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release


• Where necessary, coordinate testing with other application teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience on SAP applications including a mix of SAP FSCD, FSRI, Business Partner (SAP BP), Workflow and FiGL modules


• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) activities of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance


• BA and/or QA experience on application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support areas on Information Technology (IT) systems


• Experience in SAP TOSCA Automation Tool


• Experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)


• Can create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently


• Able to interact with different SAP teams and understand test case to be automated


• Possess knowledge in SAP BAPI/RFC and have experience within SAP integrations through various upstream applications; GuideWire (GW) system would be of particular interest, or any Policy/Claim Admin System


• Experience in reviewing/creating Test Plan, Test Scenarios, defining Test cases, reviewing, and maintaining Test scripts, logging and analyzing bugs/defects


• Experience with SAP releases using SAP ChaRM application and interaction with SAP BASIS teams for Production deployment activities


• Overall, candidate has good SAP knowledge


• Thorough knowledge of software test life cycle, test case life cycle, defect life cycle


• Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills


• Prior work experience in leading an onsite-offshore working environment model


• Insurance/Reinsurance domain knowledge will be an added advantage


• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
