RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in New York, NY.

Summary:
The role requires an ownership approach to all tasks, initiative and confidence to complete assignments with limited supervision, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail and high-quality work output. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and phone etiquette. The hours of this role are 8am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours to meet deadlines/needs.

Key Tasks:


  • Executive Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support without prompting, and advise in advance of issues or delays

  • Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority while using caution in dispensing information

  • Manage the logistics of internal and external meetings/events

  • Process expense reports and invoices; Ensure company policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines; Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures

  • Arrange extensive travel, both domestic and international

  • As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will assist with staff on-boarding, which includes requesting and monitoring equipment set-up and system access

  • Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistant's team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
