Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join their team! The Finance Associate will be responsible for the accounting, financial and performance reporting for a portfolio of investments in accordance with policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or MS degree in Accounting; CPA preferred


• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of public accounting experience


• Proficient knowledge of accounting fundamentals


• Proficient financial analysis skills


• Attention to detail


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team member


• Ability to take direction and complete assigned work independently


• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
