As an IT Business Analyst you will:



  • Provide techno-functional insights to solution options and help develop recommendations


  • Drive and resolve issues for all Manufacturing technology: Visual Factory, NodeRed, Label Management, MaintainX, and other standard manufacturing systems.


  • Co-own the roadmap with Digital Manufacturing to drive the replacement of legacy systems/tools to the enterprise standard technology. Identify problem-resolution, and conduct system configuration to align with business needs.


  • Oversee the integration of manufacturing systems with other enterprise software applications (Oracle, DeviceWise, Label Systems, etc.)


  • Manage data within MES, ERP systems, including data migration, data mapping, and data quality initiatives.


  • In collaboration with business teams, define, and conduct training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of MES systems.


  • Support formulation of long-term strategy (process and technology) and execute plan in partnership with customers (business stakeholders) and other IT teams.





Who you are and the experience you will bring:




  • BA/BS Computer Science required with 4 years' experience.



  • Advanced technical and business process skills coupled with expanded skills within the position's professional area.



  • MES System knowledge and experience.



  • Basic understanding of new technology and best practices


  • Leads and/or mentors and trains others to execute on continuous improvement initiatives


  • Demonstrated capability to successfully lead medium / large projects





Preferred experience that differentiates you:



  • MBA 5+ years' experience


  • Project Management





Location: Hanover, NH (This position is onsite supporting our business.)



Travel: Minimal

$63,029.82-$105,051.76 Annual

This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.






Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
