Day-to-Day

• Oversees all technology operations, including systems, projects, voice, data, security infrastructure, and software/hardware effectiveness.
• Devises and establishes IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the organization.

• Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
• Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. At least ten years of experience managing IT for an organization or and department.
  
• Valid Texas Drivers' License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
