User Experience Researcher at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, an industry leader in their space is looking to hire a User Experience Researcher on a long-term contract for a high profile project. This candidate will need to have strong quantitative research experience and a passion for the space.



Must Haves:

• Experience conducting primary and secondary user research.


• Experience conducting and evaluating Quantitative and Qualitative research.


• Ability to perform ethnographic research as and when needed.


• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.

Day-to day:

• Identify, plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies based on projects.


• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.


• Educate non-UX members on the team.


• Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.


• Use a diverse set of UX research tools such as Rally, Maze, Optimal Workshop
