Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal's client, an international law firm, is seeking a college graduate for an entry level Financial Services Assistant role. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that requires the candidate to be onsite daily in the financial district of Manhattan. Primary duties include pulling back-up details; data entry and filing; responding to inquiries; processing accounts payable including interfacing with vendors; other general accounting tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required


• Minimum of two years' clerical experience in a professional services firm is preferred.


• Ability to perform mathematical functions such as adding/subtracting/multiplication/division.


• Knowledge of Excel and accounting software is preferred.


• Ability to commute onsite daily is required.
