Job Description:

Duties:

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls on multiline phone


• Provide public service at information desk and answer questions


• Respond to emergency situations routed through the information center and forward messages to campus safety and/or appropriate individuals


• Provide evening monitoring of Maytag Student Center and Maytag Wellness Center


• Perform other duties as assigned
