The salary range for this position is $92,838 - $116,048 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Manager, Reporting and Analysis to join our accounting team. The Manager, Reporting and Analysis will report to the Director, Financial Reporting. The responsibilities include performing and reviewing various external financial reporting, reconciling ERP data to financial reporting, interfacing with auditors and assisting all aspects of financial audit and audit reports issuance, performing various financial analysis, and participating in monthly closing.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the actual financial reporting and assist budget, forecast, long-range plan reporting to our parent company, LVMH.


• Manage all other external financial reporting.


• Actively participate in managing financial audit conducted by external auditors.


• Actively participate in preparing audit reports.


• Prepare financial analysis as assigned.


• Assist Kendo's finance group (Accounting and FP&A) in meeting the closing and financial reporting timeline.


• Assist in managing timeline and closing for our international entities, being a bridge between US headquarters and international entities.


• Participate in month-end close (i.e., preparation of journal entries) as needed.


• Proactively pursue business issues impacting the general ledger for assigned areas of responsibility.


• Understand, develop, and enforce proper accounting practices and controls.


• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Document processes and procedures.


• Serve as a resource to other departments as needed.


• Identify opportunities in reporting and process improvements and work with team to implement changes.


• Work cross-functionally with other groups and monitor business activities to ensure timely identification of accounting and financial reporting matters and recommend practical solutions.


• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years' experience in accounting


• Public accounting experience preferred


• CPA a big plus


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Must be highly accurate and detail-oriented


• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure


• Experience with ERP system, experience in Dynamics 365 a plus


• Advanced proficiency in Excel


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• Consumer products or manufacturing industry experience a BIG plus
