GCP Lead Developer at Infosys Limited in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Google Cloud(GCP), Python, GitHub Technology Lead. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Madison, Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.


• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology


• At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts using Python, SQL, GCP, Git, Terraform, Airflow DAGs


• At least 3 years of experience in Python Program development to build reusable frameworks, enhance existing frameworks


• At least 3 years of experience in Google Big Query, using advance SQL programing techniques to build Big Query Data sets in Ingestion and Transformation layer.


• At least 3 years of experience in CICD pipeline using Terraform in Git


• At least 3 years of experience in Airflow Dag creation, execution, and monitoring

• Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture


• Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data


• Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks


• Experience in Insurance domain preferable


• Strong communication and Analytical skills


• Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams


• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
