Our recruiting firm is partnering with a development company in West Palm Beach to find them an Accounting Specialist. This is a well-established company with year over year growth, looking to add to their team.



Job Summary

• Process and post payments accurately


• Monitor due date schedule closely to avoid late fees


• Maintain clear and complete vendor files


• Research and resolve vendor inquiries


• Code, track, and batch invoices for processing

Qualifications

• Prior Accounting experience is required


• Experience with an ERP system


• Construction, property or development experience is a plus


• 100% onsite position
