Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

Compensation: $190,000 - $215,000



Position Description:



Our outstanding commercial real estate and business law firm is in search of a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation, focusing on complex corporate, real estate, and land use disputes. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong academic background, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.



Requirements:



4+ years of commercial litigation experience, with a focus on complex corporate, real estate, and land use disputes.


Admitted to the Colorado State Bar and be in good standing.


Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.


Familiarity with a variety of asset types including multifamily, retail, industrial, undeveloped land, and office properties.


Preferred strong academic record with a GPA of 3.7 or above.


Excellent written and oral communication skills.



Responsibilities:



Manage intricate corporate, real estate, and land use disputes with precision and expertise.


Deliver outstanding legal representation and prioritize exemplary client service throughout the litigation process.


Perform thorough legal research, draft precise legal documents, and actively engage in negotiations and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.


Work collaboratively with colleagues to devise strategic legal approaches that effectively address the complexities of each case.


Perform thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documentation.


Work closely with team members and clients to achieve the best possible results.



Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of commercial real estate finance experience.



Billable Hours: 1750 billable hour requirement.



Number of Attorneys: 40+



Practice Focus: Commercial real estate and business law.

Salary: $190,000- $215,000 Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
