Are you a Payroll Coordinator looking for an opportunity to continue developing your skills? Ledgent is now hiring Payroll Specialists in the Wallingford/North Haven area on both a temp-to-hire & direct hire basis! We are looking for candidates who are skilled in multi-tasking, extremely detail-oriented & collaborative!
Responsibilities:
- Enter & process payroll weekly for 250 employees
- Review timesheets for accuracy & make adjustments as needed
- Monitor PTO requests & available balances
- Assist Payroll Manager with additional projects
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience with high-volume payroll processing
- Certified payroll processing is a bonus!
- Proficient with systems including ADP, UKG, Paychex, Kronos, Paycom, etc.
- Skilled in Excel
