SALARY:

$25.04 to $31.30+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide career advising data collection and support to create and monitor student milestones and student progress towards completing those milestones
  • Assist ERAS administrators, monitor transcripts and MSPE, assist with registration for NRMP and assist career advisors monitor NRMP, review multiple fourth year and third year emails.
  • Provide primary interface for student clinical performance grades and assessments with the registrar for inclusion in MSPE and other specialty discipline-based LORs.
  • Assist appropriate Deans and faculty with drafts of MSPE and specialty LOR creation and data reporting.
  • Provide primary support to Asst Dean in tracking and reporting of student performance in clinical rotations and assessment milestones.
  • Provide support for comparative analysis of core site performance and other clinical resources as assigned by the Asst. Dean.
  • Participate in the longitudinal assessment and evaluation of students especially in clinical education competency advisement, provide data feedback and analysis students career milestone completion to ensure that the students of the COM meet the standards established by the faculty and college and obtain the knowledge, skills and competency recognized to meet their goals.
  • Attend Clinical Education curriculum and resource Meetings.
  • Provide primary data collection, archiving, and reporting of all student related performance for the Clinical Competency Team (CCT).
  • Develop a general knowledge and understanding of ACGME residency program interview data requirements and maintain familiarity with the education and training requirements and expectations of these programs
  • Support clinical data coordinator in manipulation of scheduling and evaluation data of students on preceptors as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean.


Qualifications

  • Assist Student Affairs in career and academic advising data collection and reporting as assigned. Participate in data collection and reporting of departmental and Student Life initiatives relative to career development.
  • Demonstrate and role model an ongoing ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.
