Business Analyst
Employee Responsibilities:

Demonstrates and promotes the company vision - Assist with providing the necessary planning, organization, direction, and control to meet the goals of the company.
- Establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients, industry officials, and peers.
- Contribute to the Corporate Management team and provide input toward the financial growth and development of the company.
- Contribute to projects for the overall operational success of the laboratory
- Assist with optimization of day to day operations of the business
- Understand and follow each Quality System document relevant to employment responsibilities, e.g., methods, SOPs, etc. when contributing to projects
- Performs other duties as assigned

MBA preferred - Business acumen in projects involving pricing, operations, employee turnover, etc.
- Strong initiative and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in related field - 2+ years in financial operations, project management and/or technical functions
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
