Applications are being accepted for an Auditor-Treasurer Clerk/ Board Coordinator position, under the general supervision of the Clearwater County Auditor-Treasurer. This position is responsible for providing clerical, secretarial, customer support services, and recordkeeping activities within the County Auditor-Treasurers Office. Also, servers as County Boards coordinator, compiles, assembles and distribute agenda items and supporting documentation. Responsible for keeping accurate Board minutes and processing deeds and property tax and passport applications.
Desired education requirements are a Degree in business, finance or related field or a minimum of two years experience directly involving clerical, secretarial and general office administrative procedures. Essential knowledge of computer operations and the use of business productivity software and applications.
Salary range is $19.38-25.34 an hour with full time benefits.
