Client Interaction: Act as the primary client contact, understanding expectations and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Program Management: Lead development programs from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance teams for program success.
Project Planning: Define objectives, scope, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for on-time and on-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Program Reviews: Conduct regular program reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Supplier Relationships: Foster strong ties with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of components.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Program management certification a plus.
5-7 years of program management experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles, specifically in complex system development projects.
In-depth knowledge of the development process related to program management.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects successfully.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Solid understanding of quality management systems and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project.
