Our client is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth in the affiliate marketing channel. This person will report to the Head of Brand Marketing and will develop and maintain relationships with business partners within the affiliate publishing and influencer space to meet goals. You will own all aspects of the affiliate channel, from strategy to publisher management and negotiations, to reporting, analysis, and optimizations. This person will be a key member of the Brand Marketing team and will work closely with partners across the business on strategic alignment and asset deliverables. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely organized and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Recruit new partners and expand existing publisher and influencer relationships.
Test and learn frequently, analyzing and optimizing based on results.
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and all ad-hoc data requests to monitor and analyze performance.
Optimize the affiliate program to align with business strategy.
Review and audit Shopbop brand presence on publisher platforms.
Control marketing spend, inclusive of forecasting, to grow the affiliate program while improving efficacy and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to take risks and innovate with a test-and-learn mindset.
Strong interpersonal, partnership and management skills
Superb project management skills including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric go-getter.
An understanding of and passion for fashion e-commerce.
