Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Legacy MCS. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Austin, TX. The day-to-day tasks of the role include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project schedules, managing budgets and costs, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Proficiency in project management software
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
