Responsibilities: The Data Analyst will:
Manage active data collection across the organization
Work with each department to document and share performance data in a timely fashion for quarterly submissions to our organization-wide "dashboard"
Improve organizational dashboard to be more automated and interactive (exploring tools, including Tableau, which are cost effective and less manual)
Assess data collection needs and develop tailored responses
Partner across the Office of the Executive Vice President, including with the Strategic Initiatives team, to collaborate on the development of strategic communications materials including data visualizations and annual reports
Assess internally available data and use it to build, maintain, and update maps
Assist with the design and delivery of organization-wide training on data and results using a Results Count model
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher, with coursework in data analysis, research methodology, or related subjects
2+ years of experience in Data Collection, Data Management, Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis, and creation of analytical products
Expert level user of Microsoft Excel
Strong competency with basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite) required
Desired Skills:
Experience with database software and SPSS (or comparable) analytic software
Attention to detail and ability to validate and reconcile data collected from multiple sources
Strong verbal, written, data visualization and presentation skills
Strong team player who can collaborate and develop trusting relationships with diverse groups of people, including internal staff and external partners
