Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending.

This is a full-time entry level position; Standard hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Reporting into the Executive Assistant of the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gifting programs (communication, sending out gifts, & confirming they arrived)
  • Assisting with database management
  • Executing work related tasks outside the office
  • Scheduling Lunches and Meetings
  • Assist the marketing team as needed including: social media, scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Help organize and maintain library of existing media
  • Answers phones, greeting clients, and other Receptionist tasks
  • Executing work related tasks inside and outside the office
  • Assisting Loan Officers, and Sr. Executive Administer in various tasks

Job Description: 40 hours , Full time, fully in office
