We are currently partnered with a Tech Start-Up which is looking for a dedicated Chief of Staff that thrives in a start-up environment and has prior experience in a hyper-launch setting.
Qualifications
• We are looking for a teammate with confidence, high attention to detail, and an ability to take on projects and run with them
• It's crucial that you be able to handle multiple complex tasks at once in a fast-paced startup environment; tasks will range from the "day-to-day" (calendar management, data entry, errands) to "big picture" (project management, supporting product development)
• 10+ years of post-college, full-time work experience as a Chief of Staff
• Strong copywriting, verbal and written communication, and grammar skills
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Passion for all aspects of running an organization
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to be versatile, embrace change, and adapt
• A desire to grow within the organization
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience and/or domain knowledge in artificial intelligence, visual computing, digital avatars
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the CEO and executive leadership in strategic decision-making and planning
• Coordinating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders in planning and managing various projects and initiatives
• Managing a complex calendar and scheduling requirements
• Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
• Coordinating with the CEO to drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, morale events, off-sites, etc.)
• Acting as the first point of contact for communication with the CEO (email, social media, etc.), conducting follow-ups, and surfacing important and urgent communications when necessary
• Work with necessary stakeholders to prepare invoices, expense forecasts, monthly profit and loss statements
• Supporting hiring and recruitment efforts to identify and communicate with qualified candidates, screening resumes and references
• Collecting and compiling data and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
