Qualifications
- Public Admin or similar degree OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience people management
- Knowledge of federal, state and federally funded programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Head Start programs - preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred
