Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Pay: $26-$27
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Act as a backup receptionist when needed
Office Services:
Handle mail distribution
Assist with printing, copying, and scanning documents
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Conference Room Support:
Assist with setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings and events
Customer Service:
Address client and employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Anticipate and fulfill client needs to enhance their experience
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
