Need to be proactive and drive things forward
Thinker, come to table with ideas, collaborate-they are always looking to improve tasks/processes so people that are open to bringing these ideas up are nice
Independently but knows when to ask for guidance
Person will truly be owning their tasks
Running reports or trends
Data entry
Monitoring of regulatory changes
Workday- will back up someone on the data side that works in this.
Regulatory monitoring-manage own compliance site internally on SharePoint---SharePoint would be helpful to understand this. Ie: updating links
Excel-advanced run pivot table, vlookup

EEO-1-just completed but this person will help with the upcoming one
Distribution/posting of new/updated privacy notices globally from GSPO----- hopes this person could help implement and own this. It would be a learning process for this person, so not expected to have prior experience
Assist with data retention deletion coordination (and ongoing maintenance plan)---will depend on the person if they will do this or not
