Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, adept at managing daily tasks and coordinating interactions with staff, clients, partners, and more. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective leadership support within our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements for the CEO and other senior staff.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism in phone, email, and direct interactions.

- Facilitate efficient communication between the CEO and other executives, staff, clients, and partners.

-The ability to handle communications, answer questions, and tackle tasks that arise without involving the CEO.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

- Attend meetings (with and without the CEO), take minutes, and ensure action items are communicated and completed.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Support the CEO in daily operational tasks and decision-making.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive support role preferred but not necessary. Candidates who are recent graduates with strong resumes and examples of their communication skills will also be considered.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with new technologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or professional certification in business, administration, or related field is a plus.
