Responsible for maintaining buildings, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring cleanliness across all facilities. Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain buildings, grounds, and supplies across all facilities.
Supervise and coordinate administrative activities.
Ensure cleanliness in reception areas at all facilities.
Manage contracts, inspections, and facility maintenance.
Oversee rental apartments, track insurance, and manage providers.
Coordinate company supplies and support services.
Organize catering for meetings and events.
Assist with credit card reconciliation and expense report review.
Create and administer budgets for supplies and services.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Support assigned departmental needs.
Process incoming mails.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
