Your Role and Responsibilities:

LEAN Management: Utilize lean tools like single piece flow, Kanban, and value-stream mapping to identify waste and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness to customer needs.
Performance Excellence: Direct production to ensure cost effectiveness and adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards. Prepare performance reports to track progress and inform management decisions.
