Prestigious Arbitration Firm is seeking a Corporate Concierge/Receptionist

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm PT

• Oakland, CA Office Onsite
• Looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, and service-oriented
• There are no phones for this role!
• The company provides catered breakfast and lunch to all employees and great benefits
• Will interface with clients and judges who come through the office daily
• They have multiple conference and meeting rooms with a heavy flow of people in and out
• They need a gracious person with a kind and friendly demeanor
• The type of person who works at a Five Star Hotel in a concierge position
• Will be responsible for ensuring the food service area is kept neat and conference rooms tidy
• Will work on getting new food vendors to cater to the office
