In your role as the Director of Poker Operations at Turning Stone Enterprises, you will directly report to the VP of Gaming. Your main duty will involve supervising the Poker Room, alongside collaborating with the Gaming Commission on implementing new game procedures and policies. Additionally, you'll consistently showcase exceptional guest service skills by addressing guest inquiries on a daily basis.

Core responsibilities as the Director of Poker Operations:
Consistently reviews and maintains yearly budgets.
Ensures daily, weekly and monthly related Poker reports are compiled and analyzed for short term and long-range planning.
Consistently updates poker information on Bravo Poker.
Consistently works with other departments through various committees, promotions and special events.
Reviews and approves recommendations for disciplinary action, promotions, evaluations and assignments for all Team Members on shift.
Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and assists guests with questions pertaining to recovering variances, handling guest disputes, counterfeit issues and compact violations while consistently tracking guest complaints as well as monitoring frequency of high-end guest play. Ensures procedures are followed for issuance of guest comps.
Approves all openings and closings of poker tables, holding overtime and ensuring additional dealers are notified as needed, while adjusting table limits according to business volume.
Oversees the inventory of gaming equipment and repairs while approving and tracking purchase requisitions.
Conducts leadership meetings at least monthly to discuss policies and procedures as well as indicates any changes that need to be communicated throughout the games department.
To be successful as the Director of Poker Operations, you'll need:
A High School diploma or GED; College Degree preferred.
At least 10 years gaming experience with 5 years in a Management-level position.
Knowledge of Bravo Poker.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to read, write, and understand English.
Has working knowledge of all poker games.
