Hours: 8:00-4:30 PST, Monday-Friday (5 Days Per Week)

Our client is a leader in tax compliance software and offers incredible, dynamic culture. They are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate person, greeting visitors, mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties.
Required Skills & Experience:
1+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Customer service focused with proven experience and abilities
Dependability - must show up on time daily
Strong skills with Google and MS Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Google Suite, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and multitasking required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a wide variety of confidential information in a professional manner.
Must be professional, flexible, and friendly.
What You Will Be Doing:
Daily Responsibilities
Answers phones and directs callers to the appropriate person. Transferring callers to voicemail or taking a message when person is unavailable.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
Provides callers with information such as company address (physical and mailing), directions to the company, fax numbers, website, etc.
Collects incoming mail and distributes accordingly.
Receives all incoming office shipments (FedEx, UPS, Staples, etc.)
Assists in ordering office supplies as needed.
Assists with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing
