Responsibilities:
Motivate and drive a culture to achieve maximum productivity and guest growth
Lead team to attain sales goals through the attraction, training, and retention of a high performing workforce focused on customer service and satisfaction
Develop area managers on effective recruiting, hiring, and training methods
Ensure operational goals are executed to company standards
Support the growth of the organization and addition of new locations
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment
Overall responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
Qualifications:
10+ years Operations Management role in the restaurant industry
5+ years strategic Franchise operations experience
Quick-casual restaurant experience
Successful experience influencing all employee levels
Experience leading and developing multi-unit managers
Must be energetic, passionate, and driven in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience interfacing with c-level Executives in all major functions; i.e. HR, Marketing, Finance, etc. to achieve common business goals
