Job Description:
Product and Customer Support Manager, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the analysis and concise reporting of customer data.
- Direct the development of supplemental content for components and accessories via the Product Support team.
- Supervise the generation and maintenance of illustrated parts lists along with their associated service components and kits.
- Administer service parts price files tailored to specific customers or channels.
- Utilize daily reports on parts and accessory sales to facilitate prompt customer shipments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in product support, with contact center experience,
working with a manufacturer.
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvement initiatives.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business management is preferred but will consider the equivalent
combination of education and experience.
