THE ROLE??

As the Executive Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the R&D leadership team, which is comprised of the Chief Technology Officer, SVP of Development, SVP of Product, and VP of Content Strategy. You will manage administrative tasks and facilitating efficient operations. The primary objective of this role is to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure the leadership team can remain focused on high-priority deliverables.

YOU WILL?
  • Plan: Assist in planning and coordinating various projects, events, travel, and meetings for the R&D leadership team.
  • Organize: Maintain calendar schedules, triage email, coordinate tasks and organize access to information to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Hold Accountable Owners to Outcomes: Track progress on commitments, follow up with team members, and ensure accountability for assigned tasks both within the team and throughout the organization.
  • Schedule: Manage appointments, meetings, and events for the leadership team, optimizing their time and priorities.
  • Facilitate: Ensure leadership meetings start and end on time, outcomes are tracked, and facilitate discussions.
  • Enable: Develop and foster relationships throughout the organization to be the trusted eyes and ears of the leadership team.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
