Customer Guidance: Assist customers in making purchases through both in-person and virtual appointments, ensuring each interaction is personalized and unforgettable.
Sales Lead Management: Effectively handle a high volume of incoming sales leads to achieve individual and team goals and revenue targets.
Online Customer Support: Proactively respond to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance via live chats and phone calls, with a focus on providing a luxury customer experience that reflects the quality of our products.
Continuous Improvement: Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, collaborating with your leaders to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
Sales Strategy: Employ sales strategies and innovative problem-solving techniques to guide customers through various purchasing decisions, including ring settings and diamond selections.
